Subtract times in the same column to find the range according to the "WorkCenter" column

Hello, I'd like to subtract times on "OprActualCompletionDate" according to the corresponding workcenter to calculate the time interval on all workcenters. 

 

On Excel we can filter and subtract the row with the row before but i dont know how can i fix this on power bi.
