Add a slicer with Between type .
Then create a measure to return the value of max date and min date to count the diff .
Measure =
var _MAXdate=MAX('Table'[Date])
var _MINdate=MIN('Table'[Date])
return CALCULATE(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Value]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Date]=_MAXdate))-CALCULATE(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Value]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Date]=_MINdate))
The final result is like below .
