Hi all,
I have the following issue:
I want to keep the total at 7.9m and the other 2 categories to take up from the total. At the moment they just add up, so the grand total becomes 11m.
Is it possible to keep the budget at 7.9m and get the other 2 bars "eat up" the budget and show much is already spent?

There is no direct progress bar feature in power bi, but you can create two measure:
An attachment for your reference. Hope it helps!
