Splitting and grouping the data into same column and values of another column

Hi,

Can you help me with DAX query. I have to split the data in a column and group them into same data of the column and and the corresponding values of another column.

@Anonymous , In power Query Remove [  and ] and the use split by delimiter into rows and then use group by if needed

Thanks amit, I was able to do all the process required in power Query, I was concerned to create a measure for it to be reusable but nonetheless, I accept your advise as solution. Appreciate the prompt reply.
