Why is not possible to have a simple percent value displayed to 2 decimal places on a matrix report...? This is basic functionality:
It's a matrix visualisation showing counts of helpdesk support calls by support type (email, phone, web-form, etc..) across the top and IT service down the side (as rows). The default measure is a simple sum count but the user wants the values displayed as %. So I've used the 'Show values as -> Percent of Grand Total' option on the measure. But it only shows the % as a whole number - obviously for the granularity I need this is not good - because small counts just get to be shown as 0%. Therefore I have the simple need to display the % to 2decimal places e.g. 0.42% Looks like it's not possible. Is it? If not does this mean some kind of DAX formula is needed..?
