Selecting between a dynamic list of values for matrix row

is there any way to have a dynamic measure that will let me pick and choose individual values from two different columns and toggle between name or job title depending on which i would like to see? i know i can do this as a whole (either all fully showing names or all showing job titles) with a parameter but I am looking to do this on an individual level and have the rows be dynamic. ie: I want to see names under Accounting, but Job titles for Analytics. Snip of what the background data looks like below as well.

To create a dynamic measure that lets you toggle between "Name" and "Job Title":

Create a parameter table with options "Name" and "Job Title."
Create a DAX measure like this:
Dynamic Display =
SWITCH(
TRUE(),
SELECTEDVALUE('ParameterTable'[Display Option]) = "Name", SELECTEDVALUE('DataTable'[Name]),
SELECTEDVALUE('ParameterTable'[Display Option]) = "Job Title", SELECTEDVALUE('DataTable'[Job Title])
)

Add a slicer with the parameter table so you can toggle between "Name" and "Job Title."

That is not possible, not even remotely.  Use separate visuals.
