Not sure if DAX can handle this or other functions usable on Power BI
But I am trying to set up a dashboard with a few pages on it that utilize Bookmarks. Each page will have a matrix on it that displays the same data, except each page's matrix will have something less and extra on it.
What I'm wanting to know is if there is a way to ensure that the current level of expansion on the matrix can be saved over / replicated (all matrix's contain the same data, just some have extra or less dimensions) across the different bookmark views. I've tried unticking the data option on the bookmarks themselves but this has not worked.

Power BI does not support this function temporarily, bookmarks will save three states Data, Display, Current page, and cannot save dimension states.
