SUMX Incorrect Values

I Have created a Measure (Measure 1) and then created another measure (Measure 2) to try and correct the totals and it's giving wrong values at a row level causing the total to be wrong as well.

Euro0681_0-1671566264515.png

Column = Sales Amount from Table
Rate = Column from Table
Measure 1 = Column * Rate
Measure 2 = SUMX( 'Table', [Measure 1] )

Measure 2 is incorrect on row level causing total to be incorrect?? any suggestions?

Hi  @Euro0681 ,

Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Create measure.

If you want to display Total at the end, you can use the following function:

Measure2 =
var _table1=SUMMARIZE('Table', 'Table'[Column],"Value",[Measure1])
return
IF(
    HASONEVALUE('Table'[Column] ),
    [Measure1],SUMX(_table1,[Value]))

If you want to display Total in full, you can use the following function:

Measure 3 = SUMX(ALL('Table'),[Measure1])

2. Result:

Try SUM() instead of SUMX()

I cant use SUM to sum up a measure.. EXAMPLE: SUM([Measure 1])
