How do I translate this SQL query into DAX?

status=0 AND transaction_type_uid=0 AND free_flag IN (0,2)
AND NOT EXISTS (
SELECT 1 FROM cancel_request WHERE user_uid=l.user_uid AND status='pending' AND type IS NULL
)
