Reverse the effect of the filter command to do the exact opposite

Hi,

I wanted  to reverse this filter and do the exact opposite. 

Here the filter is adding the totals which arent paid in the given range. I wanted to reverse this and add the totals paid in the given range.

if you want to reverse the effect of the filter, please try converting >= with <, if this doesn't help, please provide some sample data and its expected result, thanks
