Replicate latest known value on incoming weeks

Hi PBI community,

I have this table that shows, by year & week number:

- _max_stock : the latest inventory volume of the week (I get inventory by dates and so I wan to knwo for everyweek the latest closing inventory)
- _total_units_forecast : simply a measure that forecast the next Sales Volume for 2023

- _open_qty : qty that are being delivered but not in stock right know

- _total stock forecast : 

this measure would do : ( latest inventory status (997 034) + open qty (545 192) ) - _total_units_forecast (510 995)

and so at W6 : result woudl be : 1 031 231 on total stock forecast for W6

at W7, I will have the _max_stock of W6 and so I will do the same Calculation.

My big blocking point at the moment is my unability to replicates the latest stock on the incoming Sales Week. Actually the formulas only takes the open_qty (545 192) - Units_Forecast (510 995)
I tried many measures using LASTNONBLANK, LASTDATE, MAXX, SUMX 

Your help would be really appreciated
