Related Tables

Four tables are involved. The red boxes are the primary keys linking between the tables. The end outcome should be a table containing 

INV DET table: INVUNIQ, ITEM, DESC, EXTINVMISC

CR DET table : CRDUNIQ, EXTCRDMISC
