Regarding filters and dataset

Hi Team,

 

i am new to this forum.

 

i have a dataset of employees of different countries billing . when i apply the filters the rows are  less when compared to the results when the same filter is applied in excel.

 

kindly help where am i going wrong in power bi

 

Hrs>43 = if(and(combined[Country] = "India" , combined[Total Hours] > 43) , "Yes",if( and(combined[Country] <> "India" , combined[Total Hours]>40),"Yes", "No"))

Hi @sunandaakula1 ,

It's possible that the filter in Power BI is not set up correctly or that the data in Power BI is not the same as the data in Excel. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Check the filter settings in Power BI to make sure they are set up correctly and are the same as the filter settings in Excel.

2. Verify that the data in Power BI is the same as the data in Excel. You can do this by comparing the data in both programs side by side.

3. Check the formula you provided to make sure it is written correctly and is returning the expected results.

If it does not help, please provide more details with your desired output and pbix file without privacy information (or some sample data) .
