Reference all values in parameter in Power BI Report Builder

I am trying to insert select parameter values into my URL expression.
Currently I have this:
"?rp:OperatingUnit=" + Parameters!OperatingUnit.Values(0)"
Parameter name OperatingUnit that can select multiple values.

When I run it, the url link only takes 1 of the selected parameters (if more than 1 is selected).
Any help is appretiated, and let me know if more info is needed.

You might require this formula

"?rp:OperatingUnit=" + Join(Parameters!OperatingUnit.Label, ",")
