Hello!
I have a problem with rate calculation.
If I calculate "NOT OK rate" on manufacturing order level, it is correct, for example:
MO-1236, total qty 50, NOK qty 5, rate 10% (picture 1), but if I want to see it on day or month level, then it is wrong.
For example:
PowerBi shows rate 9,29% for 02.10, but I would like it to be 4,8%.
How PowerBi calculates at the moment:
*Takes average of "MO total qty" on 2.10 and sum of "NOK qty" for same MOs and then NOK qty/average of MO total qty (Average of MO total qty 775/12=64,58, NOK qty =6, rate=6/64,58*100%=9,29%)
*I would like to calculate it as follows:
on 2.10 I havetwo MOs with following qtys:
-MO-1235 qty 75
-MO-1236 qty 50pcs
Total qty on 2.10 =75+50=125pcs
Total NOK qty on 2.10 =6
rate=6/125*100%=4,8%
What and how I should change to get correct rate level on daily, monthly bases?
Huge thanks who is willing to help 🙂

You calculation is complex ,please share a sample file without sensitive data with me. This will make it easier for me to find the solution.
