Rankx with filter

Hi Geniuses,

All helps are appreciated, currently I am using below DAX formula to rank my salesmen but I want to create a DAX formula where I can rank them category [Channel] wise and I want to use different table/matrix for different channels.

Download my PBI file for better understanding,

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ruSZf6erk3uoqKgJFe-2rim1ynCPe2vf/view?usp=sharing

SWA Ranking ALL Channel =

RANKX(ALL('outlet-report'[SWA Name]),[Avg Ach of Core & Premium],,DESC)

Hey @mamunabdullah ,

I didn't fully understand what the result should the look like.

But I think @Greg_Deckler had the right approach. Try the following measure:

SWA Ranking ALL Channel =
RANKX(
    ALLSELECTED( 'outlet-report' ),
[Avg Ach of Core & Premium],
    ,
    DESC
)

If you need any help please let me know.
If I answered your question I would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution ✔️ and give it a thumbs up 👍

Best regards
Denis

@mamunabdullah Seems like maybe you could just use ALLSELECTED instead of ALL. This article has some information about RANKX categories, etc. To *Bleep* with RANKX! - Microsoft Power BI Community
