Rank/ TOPN based on two columns

I have a table like below and want to populate the rank column shown.

I want it to be based on count DESC, total DESC. I tried searching online on how to solve this without any success. This does not sound too complex but then I'm surprised there are not a bunch of questions around this.

Any help would be grteatly appreciated.
