RANKX on Multiple Criteria Including Manager, Months, Monthly Results

Hi everyone,

I want to use RANKX function to rank managers performance based on monthly % achievement. I want to rank 14 managers first for January then again for February and so on.

Please guide how to achieve this.

rankx(filter('Table', 'Table'[Months] = earlier('Table'[Months]) ), 'Table'[% Ach],,desc, dense)
