I have two tables, one is Inventory Table, another one is Demand table. (As shown in the picture)
1. Reach to WHS Date: the date when the inventory is in the warehouse.
2. Aging: Today's date - Reach to WHS Date
3. Request Date: the date when the demand can be deducted from inventory
Objective:
My objective is to show a projection for the next 12 months of remaining inventory, which aging more then 60 days. (Something like the bar chart here. For example, one part shows in bar Jun'24, it will keep showing on the following bar until the month no more inventory for this part. )
Conditions:
1. When calculating the remaing inventory for the particular part, need to follow the FIFO logic, the older inventory always need to be used out first.
2. Able to see the part level details if I click the bar or drill thru it...
3. Both tables have almost 1 million rows.
I've stuck about one week, appreicated if anyone can help on this...

Thanks @some_bih...I did see this blog, however my case have another complexity which is the projection of the remaining inventory...I still could not figured it out...
