PowerBI matrix get the detailed value as per hierarchy data

I have below table

I am creating a matrix report the get the hierarchy like 

now in the expand button if estate is selected it should show address,asset leve and post code of the estate on drilling down it should show the address of block and so on to UPRN. that is property. 

and if there is no core and cluster then the UPRN should come directly under block. 

Any help is appreciated
