PowerBI Dax - Division

Hello, I'm struggling to create DAX to display the following:

I want to divide every value in column 'consumedunits' to the grand total of the same column. To give a better understanding, I used excel to achieve this result and it looks like this:

bins007_0-1721709374710.png

The highlighted number is the SUM of column I (I7). The formula for Column J is =I2/I7. Basically a percent but I want it in decimal value.

I want the result from column J to be the same in PowerBI.

@bins007 , Yesterday I replied to similar problem, first you need to create a measure using calculate and All for total value

TotalCaseFullRef = CALCULATE(SUM('Case Details'[CaseFullRef]), ALL('Case Details'))
Replace Case details with your table name and Case Full ref with column name

Then create one more measure for percentage

DAXPercentageOfTotal =
DIVIDE(
    SUM('Case Details'[CaseFullRef]),
    [TotalCaseFullRef],
    0
)

Attaching PBIX for reference

hi @bins007 ,

you can add a calculated column like:

Column = DIVIDE([Units], SUM([Units]))

it worked like:

or you plot a visual with [unit] column and a measure like:

WeightMeasure =
DIVIDE(
    SUM(data[Units]),
    SUMX(all(data), [Units])
)

it works like:
