Eu tenho uma medida dax, em que retorna a média ponderada do usuário de acordo com a porcentagem de outra medida feita com divide. Preciso incluir nesta medida nota, tres condições, se nivel de dificuldade = fácil e TRD = sim, e média > 0.4  a nota não pode passar de 3.

You can use if() to add the condition. 

e.g 

IF([dificuldade] = "fácil" &&  [TRD] = "sim" && [ e média]>0.4, TRUE(),FALSE())

can you provide some sample data or sample file to offer the suggestion more efficiently
