I have created a power BI report , but it shows old data , it showing data upt to end of june inseatd of current month, i have checked the source data that it has data up to July, I am not sure how i can sync up the source and the report, i dont have the refresh button on the format tab of the report. does anyone know how i can sync up my report with the data souce so that the report shows up to date data?

Generally speaking, I update the data source through power Query, which is more accurate and prevents the update source address from changing:
1.tranform data.
2.refresh it.(if the source address is changed,we could Edit credentials - change the path)
3.result after refresh.
4.apply it.

@Anonymous , if this desktop, You have a refresh button in home tab.
If service, then you need to schedule refresh
