Percentile result not exactly the same

there is another question i have added , break the problem better.

%75 = CALCULATE(PERECNTILEX.INC('Table2', [Value] , .75),ALLSELECTD())

not working. i aslo tried 

%75 = CALCULATE(PERECNTILEX.INC('Table2', [Value] , .75),ALLSELECTD(fact product ))

 also not working. its give me the same result
