Percentage change Quarter over Quarter

Hello All,
Looking solution for Quarter over Quarter % change, When comparing with pervious quarter it should pick up the maximum date in that month.
let's say comparing this month max date with -3 months max date.
Tried edate, EOMonth nothing worked.
No separate calendar table in the dataset.
