How to add one extra day to DATEDIFF?

Hello

I have two dates column and i want to find the difference between them to calculate the number of days, so i am using the following expression but the problem is i need it to count the end date as well, i need to add one extra day to the result. How to do this? Is it possible to modify the expression below?

Days between = DATEDIFF(Orders[Order Date],Orders[Ship Date],DAY)

Also, what is the difference between using a calculated column for this purpose instead of a DAX measure? Is the calculated column a better approach? Why?

Hi there,

I thought that much as well, but when I tried + 1 it has also added extra lines in  my visual as 1's.

My dates are MIN and MAX from DimDates[Date] for FactTable[Category] inactive relationship to FactTable[Date Key]. Got result via CROSSFILTER and USERELATIOSHIP. So assuming that +1 doesn't want to work properly because of that?

Thank you!
