@ybicalways , Not very clear, You need share a data example.
1. A slicer can not initialize another slicer.
2. We can reduce value of another slicer
To do that we can use a common fact or A measure to pass the value.
Assume Dim1 and Dim2 has common fact. Then you can use countrows(fact) not blank in the slicer's visual level filter
Assume Table 1 and Table 2 are independent tables with common column A
then for Table a
Create measure
countrows(Filter(Table1, Table1[A] in values(Table2[A] ) ) , Again use this in the slicer of table1 a s visual level filter and check for not blank
