Why is it that the Excel imported table on the top is visible in Dax for autocomplete and the table labled FabPwrBIData does not show up why writing formulas? I thought I created both tables the same way but may be missing something.

if you create a measure you will not be able to use column name by itself without any aggregation like min(Table[Column]) or MAX(Table[Column]) or filtering like ALLSELECTED(Table[Column]) or SELECTEDVALUE(Table[Column])
It is because measures are working with all the data in context
