Need to generate an alert where the number of working hours are same for more than 4 consecutive day

Hi team,

I am currently working on a case where there are different workers working on machines and are uploading their work hours for each days. We need to analyse their behaviour on the labour hours they have worked. So when any engineer uploads the same working hours for more than 4 consecutive number of days, we need to flag their behaviour and alert the system. After that we need to shou the data on a bar visual (maybe the flagged days where the number of working hours are same for past more than 4 days).
The days might not be consecutive as per the calender but if the engineer has worked for 10 days in calender month and he has entered same working hours irrespective of the calender dates then also it needs to be flagged.

Kindly help me creating some measure that could perform this function.
