Need help on distributing values by month and quarter

Hi there,

I am seeking assistance from the Power BI Super Users in the Power BI Community. I wish to create a view similar to the one in the Result sheet, but my current attempts have not produced matching data. I would appreciate help with a Measure or Power Query solution. Specifically, I need help with the following:
1. **Annual Gross ICE Savings**: Measure or Power Query solution (refer to Sheet 1)
2. **Annual Gross Cash Savings**: Measure or Power Query solution (refer to Sheet 1)
3. **Cost to Execute FY24**: Measure or Power Query solution (refer to Result Sheet 1) - This should change based on the FY selection in the slicer and a constant.
4. **View from Column H to Column BV** The data is available for access via the shared link.

I can't open Video's link due to Security Policy. I don't really understand what you need, could you please explain it in conjunction with screenshots? It would be nice if you could explain the calculation process. Thank you for your time and efforts in advance.
