Need help in creating a filter, a column which has a multi loopup values

Question

Hi People,&nbsp;Need help...&nbsp;I got the data from Dynamics 365 using a power query. I have a column named Regarding which is a multi lookup entity for leads and opportunity. I need a filter&nbsp;+ Regarding&nbsp; &nbsp; Lead&nbsp; &nbsp; Opportunity&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;(This should be a slicer like visualization in Power BI)&nbsp;Once I select Lead, the regarding column name should change to lead and should show only lead values,&nbsp; the same goes for Opportunity.&nbsp;Please help&nbsp;&nbsp;
