Need Help with DAX

Hi guys, i urgently need help with this task.

I have my stock amount for the last day of the selected period. And the Plan stock amount for the months after the last day of the selected period. 

For example, the balance on January 31 is 100 pieces of something, and the plan

February 70
March 10
April 40

Stock is enough for 2.5 months (first February - enough for the whole month, March - for the whole month, April for half a month 1+1+0,5 ).

What dax formula should I use in this case to get ''2.5 months'' number? Only one number like this is required as a solution for this task, many thanks..
