Need Help in DAX!!

Hi everyone, is there a way where we can convert this sql code to DAX?? 

select distinct * from (SELECT
ROW_NUMBER() OVER (
PARTITION BY user_AuthenticatedId,FORMAT(time_stamp, 'yyyyMM')
ORDER BY time_stamp
) row_num,time_stamp,user_AuthenticatedId
FROM
gozones_users_page_view_info
where month(time_stamp) in (month(GETDATE()),(month(GETDATE())-1)) and year(time_stamp)=year(GETDATE())
)a
where a.row_num=1
