Need Dax that will calculate prior year variance including sorting in descending order by PY$

Hello PBIC Forum Good Day!

What I'm trying to accomplish:

Looking for way to show the prior year variance between each grouping ($, Lost$ and Retention), in addtion to having the ability to sort in descending order by PY$

Please advise of any questions
