Need DAX query

I have 3 years data in excel, we are calculating values as per quarter in excel we can take a cell which was at end of the Quarter but in DAX how to take reference cell.

 

Example : Q1 2021 value was in N63 cell in excel we can easily take as reference and we can fix the value using $ symbol then the cell reference will not change even we drag the formula.

 

as per above request how to write DAX, can anyone suggest it?

    Hii, Once Use the following DAX function

    Quarter1Value =
    VAR Column1Values = VALUES('YourTableName'[Column1])
    VAR Quarter1Filter = CALCULATE(Column1Values, FILTER('YourTableName'[Date], 'YourTableName'[Date] >= STARTDATE('YourTableName'[Date], QUARTER, 1) AND 'YourTableName'[Date] <= ENDDATE('YourTableName'[Date], QUARTER, 1)))
    RETURN
    FIRST(Quarter1Filter)
