NOW() broken?
Greg_Deckler Thank you for testing. I have had someone here test their desktop version as well and they could not replicate the issue either. I assume this is a file corruption and, rather than going with my work around, I decided to go back to an older version where the Now() function works as expected. I have had two instances of spurious file corruption in the last two months, and am wondering whether PowerBI is more sensitive than other Microsoft products to exiting non-gracefully. I will continue to keep backups and ensure that, from now, on I exit gracefully at the end of each working day.
Esabee Interesting, I can't replicate the behavior on my Desktop. You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
