I am using below measures. but, count not coming properly.
I just want to exclude employee remarks who has not in like "*GOOD*"
EMPSTATUS = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('EMP QUERY'[EMP_NUMBER]),NOT ('EMP QUERY'[EMP_REMARKS] IN {"*GOOD*"}))
can any one help, what is the correct syntac in above measures.

@saivina2920 , you might want to try
EMPSTATUS =
CALCULATE (
DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'EMP QUERY'[EMP_NUMBER] ),
NOT ( CONTAINSSTRING ( 'EMP QUERY'[EMP_REMARKS], "GOOD" ) )
)
Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension! |
