Money cashback flow

I thank everyone in advance for their cooperation and I apologize for any errors in the document, as I use a translation service.

The objective of the measure with which I have the problem, is the projection of the cashback collection in the following months, based on a current value plus other estimates to enter

In excel the calculation is done like this

the measurement is calculated in two conditions: the first line has a calculation and from then on another.

Is it possible to do this measurement in power bi?

thanks for your answers or ideas

@Anonymous , I think need to be a cumulative measure on Total Or measure problem

like

Cumm = CALCULATE([Measure Problem]*.3,filter(allselected(Table),Table[Date] <=max(Table[Date]))

with date table
Cumm = CALCULATE([Measure Problem]*.3,filter(allselected(Date),Date[Date] <=max(Date[Date]))
