Modified MTD measure based on combination of two attributes

Hi, 

I have two measures Measure1 and Measure2.

I need to calculate MTD measure using the following logic:

* in the case of the current month = Measure1 taken from the beggining of the current month and to the current date plus Measure2 taken from the current date until the end of the current month.
* in the case of the future month: Measure1 is displayed for that month.
* in the case of the previous month: Measure2 is displayed for that month. 

I wrote the following:

But it doesn't work. BTW while writing this post I realised that I forgot about condition year = year(today()). But I doubt that the measure doesn't work because of this.

I will be gratefull for any advice or tips.
