Measurement according to a temporal grouping

Hello everyone,

My request concerns a DAX measurement.
Here is my data table : 

I would like to do the same calculation as this measure:

"Turbidité = CALCULATE(AVERAGE('fact_points_mesures_faucon'[valeur]),'dim_mesure_faucon'[id_mesure_faucon]="370")"

Based on the time interval in the "DT 10min" column only. Is this possible?

@Anonymous , the output you want is not very clear. You can create a time table and have a bucket there. refer
