Measure tracker

Hi!

 

I'm trying to measure the quantity of hours and tasks different individuals are doing per day and per week. 

I'm very new at Power BI so I'm not quite sure what to do.

    Hi Anonymous 

    I created a simple demo, hope it helps you . 

    Original data :

    Then create two measures to count the total time and task number .

    Total time = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Time]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[User],'Table'[Week]))
    Task number = CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[Task]),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Week],'Table'[User]))

    As you can see from the formula, I perform classification and aggregation operations based on column [User] and column [Week] . Of course, you can also add [day] as a column, and then sort and aggregate according to [day] .

    Then you will get a table like this :

    You can filter data by [User] through add column [User] in Slicer .

     

    I have attached my pbix file , you can refer to it .
