Measure of anomaly detection

Here's my problem: I would like to create a measure "anomaly detection" with a configurable sensitivity gauge like the one in Power BI that you can see below:

I would like a measure because I would like to make summary tables afterwards like this for a simple example:

Do you think this is possible?

I would like that too. With a measure we could create alerts.
