Measure based on drill down level

Hi community!

I created a measure of the total value of importations and put it in a column chart by date. I can drill down this chart to show the measure by year, quarter or month. Until this point is ok.

In the same chart I added a red line to show Month over Month variation measure.

My issue consists in that: I would like this measure changes dinamically when I drill down or drill up the hierarchy.

Example: if I drill up the chart to Years level, the lyne would change to Year over Year variation measure.

I have tried to create a measure to identify the level of drill down using ISINSCOPE DAX as follow:

= ISINSCOPE(_dCalendar[Date].[Year])

But even if I drill up the chart to Year level, the DAX function always returns false.

Does someone knows what I am doing wrong?
