I try to make report to analyze costs against budged. I have matrix table where is for example three measures: one which calculates sum of actual costs, one sum of budged and third difference between actual and budged. Budged and actuals come from different tables. There are two row levels. Account level (budged numbers are done with account level) and supplier level (budged numbers are not in supplier level.
My problem is: At second row level it calculates in every supplier the total amount of budged and it shows every suppliers name even there are not data in that account, which is obvious because there are not relations. I would like to show only suppliers with actuals in that account and the budged calculates would be zero.
Of course in real life there are many data tables and measures, but the Basic problem wont change. How could I solve this?
Can you show please a example (screenshot), Also the relationship of the involved tables and your measure definition and what columns you use in the matrix, please?
