Good Evening and thanks for reading.
I created a measure that clears the filter of the selection using "ALL"
This is to be able to see the global count of records in the top matrix visual and when I apply a page level filter I expect to see the filtered results only in the bottom matrix visual using a different measure that does not use "ALL".
Seems the top visuals' measure is working, BUT, seems where the filtered value does not have records it does not display a result in the top matrix even if the measure is using "all" to remove the selection from the context.
I checked the data manually and confirmed the filtered value does not have a single record for the categories in the rectangle.
How can I solve this?

You can't override a page-level filter in measures.

Thank you. I managed it by creating a second table with summary data. I wonder if there is another approach.
