Matrix DAX sum calculation

Hi,

I have below two tables that I'm trying to calculate something from. The first table is the original table and the one below is calculated using formula SUM('DIscounts'), but I cannot seem to get the "original table". I need to get the values of the original table as I need to get new values by deducting some "suggested discounts" I have calculated in a separate matrix.

It is calculating the total of the row but I don't think it's filtering the columns as well? The columns are wholesalers.

Wonder how can I somehow get the values from top table by using SUM or SUMX with FILTER or other methods.

Thank you!
