Matrix - Create Column with Difference of Column group Descricao

I have this table below. My users will choose diferents Dates to be compare ( valor )

I will create matrix below. But Total plus all columns but i would like substract . Ex: B - 40-20 = 20 ( Total )

This Day = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Date]=max('Date'[Date])))
Last Day = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Date]=max('Date'[Date])-1))
Last Day = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), previousday('Date'[Date]))

diff =[This Day] - [Last Day]

Day Intelligence - Last day, last non continous day
