Map visualization without filters

My data have following tables:

Account (contains address, name and ID columns),

Result service (contains account ID, product ID and sum) and

Product (contains name and ID).

Relationships with tables should be quite obvious.

On my dashboard there is a product slicer. I want to create a map (not filled map) that shows where the product is sold and where it's not. So the map have to show all locations always.

My covarage column is calculated as such:

Cover =
VAR Sales =
	CALCULATE(
		SUM('Results service'[Sum]))
RETURN
	IF(
		Sales > 0;
		1;
		-1
		)

Problem is that when I select a product from slicer map filters out all the result service rows that doesn't contain said product. I have tried to use ALL()-function but map still filters out locations.
