I was trying to calculate data filtered by date.
With past data it worked very well, but for MTD or when I'm trying to use the current month data, it just does not work as usual. The column returned the total number but not for individual rows.
For example, this one does work:
FY2019 Sales = CALCULATE([Total net sales], DATESBETWEEN(DateTable[Date].[Date], DATE(2018,09,01), DATE(2019,08,01)))
But for this month, this does not work:
MTD Sales = CALCULATE([Total net sales], DATESBETWEEN(DateTable[Date].[Date], DATE(2019,09,01), DATE(2019,10,01)))
Any suggestions? Much appreciated!
MTD Sales = CALCULATE([Total net sales], DATESBETWEEN(DateTable[Date].[Date], DATE(2019,09,01), today()))
Maybe since the end date has not happened yet it is having trouble with that. I'd try it with "today()" as the end date.
