Hi,
I am using a datetime slicer on a report. The user can select From and To date from this slicer.However, I need to provide last 3 days date should be selected bydefault in this slicer. Please help me to create a measure to calculate last 3 days (including today) from datetime field and use it as a slicer on my report. Also, please suggest if there is any other workaround possible for this.
The below is the sample datetime values:
DateTime |
8/31/2020 6:15:52 AM |
8/29/2020 12:18:36 PM |
8/30/2020 1:15:02 PM |
8/31/2020 6:15:52 AM |
8/22/2020 6:15:52 AM |
8/25/2020 6:15:52 AM |
8/30/2020 10:06:52 AM |
8/31/2020 6:15:52 AM |
Please suggest how to achieve this.
Thanks.
@jitpbi , Best is that you use relative date slicer
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/desktop-slicer-filter-date-range
If that does not work, you need to take this approach

@jitpbi
You can try selecting the RELATIVE DATE option in the slicer and assign the last 3 days.
